Take a Breath Tuesdays: Collective Self Care

It's exhausting, smashing glass ceilings, being a good friend, keeping up with your kids, launching your next project, and all while trying to stay hydrated. It can be tricky to find time to reflect and take a breath.

Once a month, we invite you to commit to an hour and a half of pure self care. We start with an aloe cocktail (alcoholic or non), hand massages, a face mask, sharing of inspiring words from literature, and meditation to music. Hosted in the glorious Oxford Floatation Centre, there is also the option of adding an hour long float before we gather, or half an hour in the infrared sauna.

This is an intimate, nourishing gathering for a maximum of 10 people.
