11. On rebuilding yourself, finding space to breathe, and instagrammable sunsets.

In this episode I speak to Ashleigh Li, designer, colour fanatic and all round breath of fresh air. Ashleigh’s life changed completely when she had the opportunity to live under the palm trees in Los Angeles for a year, and we talk about how it shaped her business and her personal growth.

Ashleigh is the founder of Pink Palms, a wedding design studio based in London. Needing an outlet for her interior design training and love of colour, Pink Palms was created after realising that modern, design - led couples weren't able to create a wedding that felt like a reflection of them, with it's mission to modernise the wedding industry at its core. Ashleigh now also runs Bungalow, an online membership for couples to plan & design their weddings with expert help and teaches other event professionals how to intuitively design for their clients through a range of digital courses.
